Sahulat
You can delete your Sahulat account and everything stored with it. There are two ways: from inside the app, or by writing to us.
Your account and cloud backup are removed straight away.
Write to nabeelshahid2@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Sahulat account”.
The request must come from the address on the account — that is how we know it is you. Accounts are deleted within 7 days of the request, and we will confirm by email once it is done.
| What happens | |
|---|---|
| Your account — email address and sign-in details | Deleted permanently. |
| Your cloud backup — every record you had synced | Deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. |
| Data on your phone | Stays there. It never left your device in the first place. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings. |
| Subscription payments | Held by Google Play, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the Play Store — and Google keeps its own payment records to meet its legal obligations. |
| Crash reports | Carry no name or email, so they cannot be traced back to you. Sentry deletes them automatically after 90 days. |
Before you delete: if you want to keep your records, export them first. In the app, go to Settings → Export for a full JSON backup and CSV files. Once the account is gone, the cloud copy cannot be brought back.
